Sea Ray was recently hauled, Seller had bottom pressure washed, all running gear cleaned and scrapped, also installed new running gear zincs. The last nine pictures showing vessel out of the water during haul-out
Saw engine crank and run, listing rep has a few short videos of engine(s) running. A few items need to be addressed, the ice maker kicks on, but may need freon. The oven was removed by prior owner, so seller still need to identify the stove with electrical connection.
New microwave installed.
Water systems fully functioning, refrigerator and freeze work well. A/C and pumps working, A/C blowing strong, may need a bump in freon.
This Sea Ray has was purchased and placed on the hard to have work completed, the owner has battled through illness and has begun some of the work, but would like to move into a smaller vessel.
The seller has the hull looking well above average with the compound and wax job recently completed.
There are four batteries installed as well.
The seller is continuing the work until the vessel is sold.
The layout is timeless and still well sought after for design and space.
As you enter the salon from a sliding door in the cockpit. The salon is open and bright with carpeted floors and grey upholstery. To starboard is a large couch that provides plenty of room for guests and meals.
Forward and aft there is an entertainment center with a stereo and small TV.
Two steps down is a fully equipped galley with a 3 burner AC stove and oven, microwave oven, and a side by side refrigerator and freezer.
There is a large built in sink, ample counter space to prepare meals.
Step down and forward and you enter a hallway where there is a head to port and an over under twin bunk guest stateroom to starboard.
The head is equipped with a separate shower stall, vacu flush toilet, and a sink with hot and cold pressure water.
Forward and down the hallway is the master stateroom. There is an opening hatch overhead of the large double berth. Storage cabinets and 12 volt lighting surround the bed. There is a large mirror next to the bed that also opens providing large storage/hanging closest.
The generator was removed prior to this seller ownership, still has the area and a new one can be added. The seller does not plan to add a generator.
There is also a set of additional props that will come with the boat as well.
